Resource. C++ Annotations

This book is intended for people with a good knowledge of C (or any other language using a C-like grammar, like Perl or Java) who want to make the transition to C++. The book itself is the main textbook for author's programming courses in university.

The C++ Annotations do not cover all aspects of C++. In particular, the book does not cover C++'s basic grammar when equal to C's grammar.
